OneChat has worked with some of Australia's leading experts in training and development to create a fully realised blended learning curriculum that applies the fundamentals of spaced repetition and application of knowledge to engage our staff and keep them hooked from semester one through to graduation. 

Along with our unique OCU content that is tailored for each client, we have also partnered with several RTOs to offer industry recognised qualifications that our staff can gain while working, helping further their career options within OneChat.

Our robust LMS platform allows us to host client content, as well as create new courses that reinforce our culture, values and desired business outcomes.

Our learning programs incorporate a blend of physical, digital and personal experiences that are delivered over a course of days and weeks to build retention and create new habits in our workforce. We keep it lively (just like our culture), with group learning, competitions, activities and classroom style sessions being used to engage our people and maximise results.

Our OneLearn team oversee the design and delivery of our training programs. They set the benchmark for our agents and are responsible for maintaining our culture of education and continual improvement. Our trainers encouraged to be thought leaders in learning and are given free rein to deliver training initiatives that deliver real business outcomes however they see fit.

ONECOACH

We believe in providing our agents with all the support they need to continue succeeding in their roles. Contact centres are fast paced and energetic places to work and sometimes you need someone to coach you through the highs and lows. Our OneCoach team deliver daily training, motivation and performance coaching programs that keep our staff at the top of their game.

ONETALENT

With excellent performance and growth comes recognition, our OneTalent program was created to recognise our elite agents and provide them with opportunities to work alongside our senior management teams, gaining valuable insight into the runnings of our business and being able to progress their careers.
